About St Luke's

Located in the peaceful and welcoming village of Scothern, on the outskirts of Lincoln, St Luke’s Care Home is a “home away from home”. Our highly trained, friendly and experienced team of care professionals provide 24-hour personcentred care for 32 residents, in a comfortable and safe environment.

We take pride in our caring team members, our welcoming living spaces, the variety of leisure activities we have on offer and the quality of our food. These combine to create a real ‘home from home’ where our residents feel settled and content.

From respite, to residential to complex dementia care, our dedicated team are equipped to support residents through their changing care needs, every step of the way.

All our residents are encouraged to make St Luke’s their own, to be as active and independent as they wish and we encourage everyone to maintain old interests and develop new ones. Our highly skilled management team and carers work closely with our residents and their families to ensure care is individually tailored and reviewed regularly.

Enjoying life does not have to stop with the diagnosis of dementia. At St Luke’s Care Home our aim is to help residents make the most of enjoying every single day with the reassurance that their needs, feelings and wishes remain at the forefront of everything we do.

Day Care

Our Day Care option is the perfect opportunity to spend the day relaxing in the company of like-minded people in our warm and comfortable home. You can get involved with new and interesting activities and enjoy some of our delicious meals. You have a chance to socialise with others, make new friends and participate in daily activities.

If you are considering full time care, it’s a great way to get a taste of what life might be like living with us. For those caring for their loved ones, this is an opportunity to have a short respite and let us take care of them for the duration of your absence.

A hair dresser visits the home weekly allowing residents to enjoy having their hair done in our in house hair salon.

Optician visits are available at St Lukes when required and for annual check ups.
